This is a very cheap hotel in central London - you get exactly what you pay for - I stayed here for one night this weekend with a group of 6 couples (all in double rooms) for a night out and it was perfect - Exactly what we expected for less than 100 per double room on a Saturday night in London - yes its a bit outdated but the beds and bathrooms were clean we all had fresh towels and thought the beds were comfy.

We had read the reviews and were very worried before coming but the hotel was better than the reviews. This is exactly what you would expect when you have a private room for less than 100 a night in London. Fine for one night - bed and bathroom was clean. Whole hotel is falling apart in general and corridors smell of mould, but for one night this did the trick for a group of us celebrating a friends bday. This is not a nice place for a luxury weekend away or long term stay, but to get your head down for the night it was good value considering London prices

We had a confirmed reservation for two rooms but when we arrived we were told we werent on their system. Our two rooms were substituted with one room with two beds which when were given the key was in a terrible state with what looked like the remnants of burning on the floor and dirt everywhere. The roof restaurant was a dirty, messy storage room. The public toilets, besides being a real mess, had individuals having whole body washes. The accommodation ruined what was supposed to be a special weekend away visiting the BBC Earth exhibition.
