        Ive been there, sensitivity, one week ago. Im extremely picky with my eyebrows and I described exactly what I like. incredibly a lady named Shama did them perfectly. She listen to my requests, made me comfortable. During the process, Shama also showed with the mirror, how their were being shaped. Im very happy and its going to be my place to go. Thank you Shama

        Just got my nails done today. Appalling customer service from the female nail technician who was simply a vile humane being who yelled at me, when I asked her pilotely to re-do my smudged nail. AVOID at all costs until she has been removed by management. She is not suitable for any customer facing role!
