        What has happened to this once amazing surgery? I have been a patient since 2005 and they used to be on the ball - knew my name as soon as I walked in or called. Now no personal contact, practitioners that sign your prescriptions, they give you the run around. I need services that due the surgery being too over subscribed I can't receive them. So sad to see the decline.

        I walked in great pain to this surgery and despite the time I arrived, the receptionist kept dealing with people who arrived after me - she even asked me to open the door for ppl she proceeded to serve before me. I am off to buy a lottery ticket. I believe my chances of success are better.

        Recently put in a prescription as I couldn't get on NHS app. . After a week went to chemist and they hadn't received it .Go to the doctor's and after 40 years I had been removed . Filled in an application form and said that I need my prescription as out of patches.and nearly out of inhalers ,The receptionist said call in afternoon . Phoned up but the lady who answered was very curt and had no empathy . I am shocked at how much the service has changed.
