At the reception all the staff are unprofessional they dont know their job properly, GP is also overworked cannot help at all even to talk to patient over the phone is an issues just text messages after ultrasound test you need to discuss with Doctor about your pain here is not possible. Your repeat medications problem to have them on time when requested. Everything is bad in this surgery

I was in the surgery today to meet this very and probably the most unfriendly GP Ive ever met in my life. On entering his office, I greeted him with How do you do? and he was very reluctant to respond. He began our conversation by referring to our earlier conversation on the phone nearly two weeks back which gave me the impression that he probably has an animosity towards me. During that conversation, I made it very clear that I have a cyst that needs to be removed instead of being referred from one place to another and I could feel the anger in his response in being told what to do. Anyway, the rest of the conversation was nothing to write home about as he was either evasive, arrogant or passively and even actively aggressive in his response. In fact, at a point I wanted to say something and he shut me up by saying let me finish first! I had to laugh first, then pinch my self to make sure I am still taking to a qualified GP To say that a GP could behave in such a way is an understatement as a GP is trained to be an active listener, empathetic, kind and always use the right tone of voice. These are exactly what I did not get from this GP. Anyway, as I said earlier the reason I was there was to remove a cyst. I had to decline the offer to remove it due to this GPs very unprofessional behaviour. I might as well relax for a dentist to be drilling with a pleasure than to allow this GP to put a knife on my body!
