While I have previouslly left good reviews of this dentist and the dentists I have seen have been good the reception team are awful. I recently turned up to an appointment which I know I booked and put in my diary to be told there was no appointment. I am 100% sure I booked my 3 month regular hygiene after the previous session as I know it is hard to get appointment. There was no communiation over what happened. I had to have the whole conversation frmo outside because they would not even open the door.

The receptionist are disrespectful, bad customer service, bad communication skills and bad understanding. Good afternoon I hope this email founds you well, this Morning I called at 09:13am. To ask for a reminder for when my dentist appointment was for again, the women I spoke to I didnt like her attitude because I couldnt hear her. And I politely said sorry did you ask for my D.OB. then her tone of voice changed and I found it rude, she started shouting on the phone and as I was talking she ended the call so I called back and I spoke to man so I asked to talk to the manager so I can make a complaint because I was unhappy with how the women dealt with me this morning I fault like her response Should have been much more respectful and said sorry Naomi what did you say the line was bad I didnt hear you, Im not sure if she woke up on the wrong side of her bed but thats not my fault she shouldnt have to put her anger on me and second of all she sounded like she just woke up. Its so Important before you go to work to drink a hot drink before you start working so you feel activated and ready to work. There was obviously miss communication and also I have bad service in my house. I was brought up in a respectful household Im very polite Im not going to be rude for no reason. If I feel like someones being rude or their tone of voice has changed, Im going to reciprocate the same energy respectful. And this not the first time I feel like this has happened its been many occasion when I have called but I have been ignoring her rudeness and its not only me thats complaining my family has said the same thing about her to me but know I have had enough. The reason to why I have been cancelling my appointment and not giving 24hours notice is because Im on very strong dose of medication for my weakness which causes my body to be in a lot of agony. which is called right sided Hemiplegia. When I do take it I feel nauseous, dizzy and I get migraines and its hard for me to get out of bed, Sorry Im a grown young lady I have not got the time to sit and be rude to no one, I go thru my own problems in life, I hope you all of a blessed day and I look forward Hearing from you. Thanks

Avoid avoid avoid... terrible service... ask for an appointment today and you won't get one until 6 months later. For an emergency appointment you will have no luck whatsoever. Find another Dental practice.

The dental practice is strongly unprofessional! The manager Dr Akinsola is overly aggressive, to the point where Ive had to call the police. Avoid booking with this dentist at all cost. It is not worth the stress.

I barely ever leave reviews but honestly I am so upset with the service I have been given. Back in August 2022 I was suffering with serve tooth pain and was unable to get an appointment at my dentist . So I called 111 and had to have an emery appointment at another dentist to and was told I needed a root canal. The emergency appointment started it and told me I would need to contact my dentist to make an appointment. I called up and they told me November, I then made it clear on the phone that this was not for a check up but for my root canal to be finished. I called back 3 weeks later as I was once again in pain and then told me that my appointment for nov was just for a check up. After having to make a complaint I was able to get an appointment at the end of October for my root canal. However during the appointment they could not finish the job due to bleeding which is something that could not be helped and the dentist booked me in for 2 weeks after. On the day of my appointment I was called 2 hours before and told my appointment had been cancelled due to my dentist not being in. It would have nice to have been told earlier as I had taken time off work for this unpaid. A week later I then had my appointment and the root canal was complete. Less an month after the root canal, I am back to having excruciating pain and was told no appointments until Feb and if urgent call 111. Which I did and was given some painkillers, I then asked to just have a quick call with my dentist to see what we can do to prevent the pain and I keep getting excuses, they are on holiday, they are off sick. As someone who pays for there treatment it has really upset me they way I have been treated
