        I booked an appointment for 2 pm and told her I had a party to attend but she kept me waiting, saying she will attend to me soon and even people that came after me made theirs and left. Before I knew it, 2 became 8, then from 8 pm to 10 pm. I didn't even mind coming later in the night to make my hair, maybe after the party. But the fact that I had to wait that long and still didn't get to do my hair was just disappointing and irritating. Terrible customer service. If I give this a negative star, I would gladly do that.

        Nice and quiet, the ambiance is amazing and you can watch TV there. The barber was very friendly and cut my hair extremely well (if I don't say so myself)
