        Terrible service I ordered from the website and paid for Saturday delivery and my item never arrived, I contacted them and have had no response. All I want is my money refunded for an item that I have never received, failing that I'll be reporting them.

        Normally always purchase hair from here without a problem. Purchased this hair before lockdown and only just got round to putting this in because of lock down so no salons open so I did my own braids for 6 months. I decided to make use of the hair and the quality was awful. As you can see the ends are thin and scraggly which is odd. When I messaged victoria to question the hair quality she said oh sorry and won't give me my money back or even a partial refund just a discount on next purchase which I do not want to make. She is now ignoring my messages. Awful customer service I will not be using this service again.i have now escalated the issue to citizens advice as I paid 185 which is a lot of money for the poor quality hair received.

        I have been coming to this salon for 12 years and today I'm not happy the lady that did my fringe was not skilled therefore I am not going back.
