Lovely house, great sized rooms and well provisioned with a wonderful garden for kids including a games room. We had an amazing time here over the New Year and would definitely recommend. The beach is just across the road, so no need to use car and its an easy drive to Rye. Communications were easy, and a thoughtful welcome hamper was a kind touch. Highly recommend.

Lovely house, great sized rooms and well provisioned with a wonderful garden for kids including a games room. We had an amazing time here over the New Year and would definitely recommend.
