Perfect location & house. Beautiful bedrooms, clean and fully stocked with amenities. We had a girls weekend away and couldn't have asked for anything more. Only a short walk to the beach (a must! Its stunning), local stores sell everything you need. Heading into town is easy too if you fancy a quick afternoon tea. Owners are accommodating for all quieries & always happy to help.

I am in love with this place. I often find myself lost in the here and now when I'm here. I have visited a few times and I can honestly say I am happy here. There is everything you need here, kitchen full of... well... everything you find in a kitchen. Big spacious bright and clean double bedrooms x3. The bottom room has two single beds which can be joined together along with a sofa, table and storage with a nifty little shower, toilet and wash facilities on the same floor. Access to the communal garden area via this room. Next floor has an open plan spacious living room with a lovely balcony, also with access to communal garden area. Next level is a full bathroom, shower, toilet and wash basin and heated towel rail. The 2nd bedroom is again a large double room with a king-size bed. Clothing storage and juliette balcony. At the top is the master bedroom. Again a large bright double room with king size bed, ensuite shower, toilet and bidet with wash basin and heated towel rail. The really clever feature of this house is the heating system, it runs on a geothermic and solar heating system. Each floor has under floor heating so you never feel cold underfoot. Honestly with the peace and tranquility here but with the options of going for a drink or taking a short drive for special food in Rye, ( the nearest town) this is honestly almost perfect. If I could stay there forever it would be 100/100.
