The staff of Springwater lodge have been exceptional to me and my relatives over the years. They cared for both my Grandfather and Mother for a very long time and looked after them both as if they were their own relatives. Truly can't thank them enough and please know that your hard work hasn't gone unnoticed. My heart goes out to you all!

My dad came to Springwater Lodge from hospital after breaking his hip. We have been impressed with the staff and the care he has been given. His medication has been given on time and the staff respond quickly when Dad presses his buzzer. The staff are friendly and caring and it is reassuring for us as a family that there are nurses available. Dad is really enjoying the food and when it is time for a meal, the staff bring a small sample of what is on offer so that Dad can see what he fancies. They even have supper too! His room is kept clean and tidy and dad has been having regular showers. Monitoring of his condition is well done and we can talk to staff anytime. We feel reassured that dad is receiving good care in a friendly and caring environment.
