Really impressive service from start to finish. We were novices in this area at the outset of our project. JWT was recommended by a trusted tree surgeon because of good service, product and sustainability. Jon called me shortly after my first email and I found him open, honest and helpful from then on. He shared some excellent advice from his own experience, and helped us with decisions and technical details which we would have struggled to negotiate otherwise. He even came a long way from home to visit the site at a time when there was no guarantee the project would go ahead; something which allowed a very tailored approach. When it came to erecting the fence, Jon's staff were a pleasure to have on site, worked hard and produced a result we are really happy with. We expect to do more work like this in the future and I won't have any hesitation in going straight back to JWT, or recommending the firm to others.

Following excellent instructions on the quickest and easiest way to find Jon Walker Timber Products I arrived at the yard. The staff were all very helpful guiding me to the person I needed to speak to. Although that person was busy with another customer an additional member of staff was asked to come and show me the products and everything was carefully loaded. My round trip was 100 miles but it was well worth the effort! Jon Walker and the team were highly recommended by another timber merchant and I would definitely travel again to collect products. I ordered framed willow hurdles and timber from Jon Walker Timber. I had a few questions so i called them and spoke to Mike. He couldn't have been more helpful, my goods arrived within a couple of days. The goods are top quality, definitely value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Five star all the way!

Jon Walker Donated two lovely huge planters to Westdale Care Home in West Bridgford Nottingham. These are really nice and help set up a new Covid safe visiting area at the home. Thanks Jon
