        I have used these company many times. I love the product BUT and its a massive but the service is Horrendous It took over 20 days to get my order. Now I know there are strikes on but I have used other company's who use the same courier service and had them more or less the next day. They could of used other courier kept asking for updates with same reply . so people use the product but DON'T BUY FROM THEM Direct I was left very disappointed

        i placed an order with valeting products, sub line of car chem. there was a mix up with my order, 4 fog it instead of 4 air fresheners, got told to keep the fog it and they sent the the air freshers, i wasn't expecting the whole order i placed just the air freshers but i got the whole order again. cant fault luke for sorting this and the rest of the team at car chem, i was annoyed at first but i will be ordering from car chem again soon. Service: Auto detailing
