Ive been going to TGS in Calverton for a month. When I went for a show round, Tracey was amazing and so helpful. She discussed the different membership options and didnt pressurise me into getting the most expensive one. Ive started going to classes here as well and find that all the PTs are so accommodating and dont pressurise you into using bigger weights but will give you the push you need and even suggest using smaller weights to make sure the exercises are being done to the best of your ability Ive come from numerous chain gyms and find theyre so busy and dirty but I have never had an issue with TGS. The customers and staff respect the gym. A few times Ive found myself being the only one there and its so refreshing not having to wait around for equipment or having to change my exercises because youre waiting for someone to finish. 10/10!!
