I bought a treadmill from these guys a while ago and recently I had a problem with it, and even though i was out of my warranty they didnt just push me to one side and charge me the earth. they genuinely wanted to helped me out as best they could and they did just that the very next day. customer service goes a long way so i would absolutely highly recommend these guys to anyone want gym equipment.

Well done folk. Really helpful, right from answering the phone to sorting my machine out with the minimum of fuss. Gave me options and not just focused on the most profitable fix. They repaired my machine super quick and without fuss with a smattering of good banter. Definitely use again. Cant recommend high enough. i wish more businesses operated like this.

What a great team! This was my first order with Fitness Marketplace but it wont be my last. I ordered a treadmill which was delivered really quickly, and the team communicated with me throughout. I reached out for help setting it up and Adam sorted it out for me straight away. I highly recommend.
