Replaced my io6 Toothbrush for a brand new boxed unit. Took a while, but hey. Everyone is in a such a rush these days, was no biggie brushing my pegs with the manual for a couple of weeks.

Amazon sent my headphones here to be repaired. Over 3 weeks after delivery, they haven't repaired my headphones and have ignored both myself and Amazon. Thankfully Amazon refunded me, but I'd recommend asking them to avoid using this place if you need anything repaired.

SHOCKING! Sent in my toothbrush for a repair using First Class on the 19th of December, knowing its very close to Christmas I thought itll take a while but heard nothing until January so Ive emailed them, they said because of Royal Mail strikes they havent received my product then the next day (4th of Jan) Ive received a message saying they have got my product and is waiting to be repaired. No updates since, I wont ever use this place again theyre horrendous . They dont even deserve 1 star

WARNING: if Amazon tell you to send your items here for repair, DO NOT SEND IT HERE, get them to find somewhere else. They will lose your product, give no update and basically steal your product. You will never see it again. They are a scam and should be shut down.

Shocking service. Amazon made me return an HP printer to them. The printer disappeared at their site and they didn't even respond to Amazon about the status of the repair. After 6 weeks I finally gave in chasing and have accepted a refund from Amazon.
