        0 Stars! I don't believe in writing bad reviews until I have gone direct to sort the issue in house. HOWEVER, when you get ignored for 5 months and yelled at over the phone!! There's a time and a place for a bad review. Quite possibly the most unprofessional company and rudest I have ever had to deal with. Shocking customer service is an understatement.

        Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Fast turnaround from ordering to receiving the finished product. Would definitely recommend for all your flag and banner needs!

        Ordered a flag set which should have come with a printed flag, base and poles. 1 month later, 3 conversations with customer services and 3 separate deliveries each supposedly containing what I ordered and I still dont 'have the correct items.
