Thea's Bakes

Ordered from Thea a couple of times, quality of products are nice. On both occasions though I have had conflicting messages on Instagram. When I first placed an order Id seen Thea post on her Instagram that all orders made that day before a certain time (which I did place before said time) would be posted the following day, ideal for me as I was going on holiday in a few days time. When I didnt receive shipping notification the next day I messaged Thea and she informed me that one of my items were out of stock and I should always allow 2-3 days bake time this is not what was posted on her Instagram stories nor was it stated any where on the website (I did double check the website a few times). Second order I made which was last bank holiday weekend Thea posted a story on her Instagram saying that all postal orders would receive a free caramel brownie, received my order today and there was no extra brownie. I did message Thea and she did say that she forgot (which I do think doesnt look great on a growing business, you must remember what promotions you are running?) she did offer 15% off or an additional treat on my next order but to be honest I have been put off making another order. Overall products quality is ok, but social media/promotions/website could do with some work P.S I am not in any way bashing Thea or the business, I am trying to give some constructive criticism Thank you

I have been ordering from thea for a while now she makes absolutely amazing bakes, she is lovley and friendly and i highly recommend . The milkybar millionaire slice is the best thing I have ever eaten and i can't wait to try more goodies. Thankyou

I regularly order Thea's slices as a weekend treat. They are AMAZING! I've not found a baker yet who can match her creations. Had a birthday cake for my 30th too and not only was it beautiful but the chocolate sponge was delicious!

Theas bakes are absolutely amazing! They are always so nice and delivery is super simple. Loved everything we brought and will 100% be ordering more treats x
