        I've used Timpson at pudsey a few times & just can't fault the service. Really friendly & helpful. Brilliant service. I've had my boot fixed a small stud fell off & the stap became lose Timpsons fixed with a new stud free of charge & recently added new holes to a belt free of change. Also had a few heels replaced too! Just can't fault you thank you

        I took 3 pairs of shoes in to be reheeled and went back the week later to pick them up only to be told they hadnt done them because the agreed price (from a printed table of charges)was wrong and it would cost "over 200". This was all said with a broad smile and no appology Seriously unimpressed. (Not sure how to respond to customer supports request for more information so am adding it here.) I then took the shoes to the repair shop in headingley who did the work as requested for under 40

        Visited 11.09. Employee (sadly never got his name) had to close for a few minutes and was extremely apologetic for which there was no need. Provided great service, suggested us a deal on key cuts. 2-4-12, which we took and the keys work perfect. Employee deserves a shout-out. Thank you
