Theyre okay but the receptionist could have better customer service. We stopped using them due to this and the fact some of the engineers didnt understand our wireless system.

The operatives are superb - I had had 18 years faultless service - but the company is let down by its administration. On the nineteenth year I paid the annual premium the day it was requested, but they allocated a date for the service call-out that was a full five weeks after my payment. In vain did I point out two salient facts: I was leaving the country for one-and-a-half months on the day I had been allocated for the service; and that on the service a year previously the engineer had pointed out that I would be needing a new battery on his next visit. They were inflexible, so I cancelled the contract and asked for the return of my premium. Gemma told me it takes a week to ten days for a BACS to become effective. This was a patent untruth, said my bank manager. It never takes more than three hours. I threatened to write to the private address of the company owner - its available online - and the money arrived in my account that same day. Believe me, the less you have to deal with those who undertake the administration, the happier you will be!
