I visited Rebecca when I had problems with my shoulder and arm. She was very friendly, and knowledgeable about what the issue was and provided me with some exercises to do at home in order to help with this. Very happy with the treatment and advice she gave me, as it's a lot better now, and I would recommend her services.

Rebecca has fabulous knowledge and has really helped me with both pain relief and advice and exercises to help treat and prevent further issues. I highly recommend her if you are struggling with pain or injuries.

I've been in significant pain with back problems and was very low because of it. Rebecca listened to everything I had to say and spent a full session diagnosing the problem, working hands on and observing me do various exercises. Since my first session my mobility has improved massively. Most importantly, Rebecca was patient and understanding. She explained everything to me in a good level of detail so I could understand what the issue was and how we could work to fix it. I would recommend Rebecca to everyone

Rebecca is very professional, friendly and personable. She assessed my requirements and came up with a detailed structured programme to aid recovery, with useful online videos and guides to assist. There was no pushy sales approach or a focus on dragging out the treatment, just a relaxed client focused approach
