Richard came and did our newborn shoot and wow amazing, very comfortable to talk to, has a lot of time with you when doing shoots, he had a lot of patience too, while the little one had a cry, couldnt of asked for anyone else to do our shoot, he came to our home, which was nice so we all felt comfortable, very pleased, thank you so much, Jess was lovely at sorting and booking us in too, and worked around us, Id give more stars if I could xx

AVOID USING! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND CONSTANTLY LIED TO BY BOTH RICHARD AND HIS PARTNER. we had our newborn shoot in August 2022, and decided on the 250 package for all digital and 1 print. Thought it was expensive compared to many other company's but was something special to have for our newborn. I had to firstly chase to get the digital copies, which were then sent to us not edited as we had discussed. Basically I was sent images that were just quickly edited on my kitchen floor! Pictures included backgrounds/hands that should have been edited out etc. Then it took 6 months till January 2023 to get my 1 print that was then sent on a piece of card. This was supposed to be with a free frame. What a waste of money. I messaged both Richard and his partner every couple of months for an update and was lied to about when I would recieve the digitals and the print. I was ignored by both of them on many occasions, but then when I mentioned I would be contacting my bank to claim the money back as I was fed up of been ignored, I was threatened by both of them. I was told I would receive 2 prints as a goodwill for all the issues i had and then never did. I won't be chasing this as it is a waste of my time! They are not professional at all!! Scammers taking money and not completing a job people are paying alot of money for! AVOID!!!

Richard did an amazing job and helped when we struggled with poses, he was great with both my kids and the pictures were better than I could have imagined would 100% recommend and use again thank you so much!

Cannot recommend enough!! Pictures are gorgeous!! Richard and Jess have been Amazing throughout!! Made to feel comfortable! No rushing and happy for baby to be fed when needed!! Thankyou so much will be back for babies first birthday!!

Hired Richard for our wedding after we thought he did a great job at a friend's wedding. Turned up on the day of ours. Again thought he did a great job but sadly that's where it ends. We were promised 30 best within a week the rest 3 weeks later and a frame once we picked our favourite picture. After 2 weeks and nothing Richard said he's on holiday told us when he was back and that's when we'd get them. A week after the date still nothing. Ignored texts, calls and voicemails so we contacted Jess his partner who said our photos were with an admin team that help edit which we knew nothing about as Richard said he would be editing them. Same excuses for weeks then 7 weeks after the wedding we finally the 30 and told rest were to follow soon. After weeks of excuses and 13 weeks after the wedding we finally got them on a wooden USB. Plugged it in and half the photos were missing. Richard did offer to take the USB back and add the rest but we are that fed up I told him to email me them and I'll do it myself. It'll be 15 weeks on Saturday as I write this and we are being ignored about the frame we were promised. This experience has just sapped the joy out of receiving our wedding photos. Looking through them and there are some nice photos, some ok ones, other then the group shots hardly any of mine or my wife's family, yet about 15/20 photos of my wife's ex colleague and her partner and kids. If these photos weren't so important to me and my wife I'd of said weeks ago to keep them and give me our money back. I think it says it all when anyone asks who my wedding photographer was I don't tell them.
