        Waiting times here are actually insane. Can wait up to an hour to collect my prescription. I was also given someone elses prescription recently which is a huge GDPR issue! The staff are helpful and friendly which is the only upside to this pharmacy.

        I feel that these people need to realise that they are NOT the centre of the universe. Their customer relations are as bad as l have ever seen and maybe a days hard work wouldn't hurt (as the saying says) GO TO BOOTS IN THE BRAMLEY CENTRE AND SEE HOW A CHEMIST SHOULD BE RUN
