Caring Folk currently look after my Mum and are an amazing company! The Management and all the carers do an outstanding job. They have acted above and beyond on several occasions. Keep up the good work!

Caring folk was totally committed to caring for my grandparents. Even during Covid we had no problems with continuous care. We moved to them from a different company. During the change over the manager of caring folk kept me updated. When my grandma passed away she had her family around her. A member of caring folk was also present. The lady was professional and caring towards everyone who was there. She handled the situation with dignity and professionalism. The care continued solely for my grandad. Each member of staff who was cared for him was empathic. Although occasionally due to his illnesses he could be cantankerous each member of the team dealt with him professionally. Any problems that occurred with his care I was informed. Staff are easily accessible and return calls if out of the office. Caring folk are angels and they always went that extra mile.

They were very helpful, easy to contact, flexible with hours, great staff and reasonably price. Mum really liked them.

Caring Folk visited my mother in law for 11 months until her death in May 2022. We cannot fault the care and support they gave her or the support they gave us as a family. They responded quickly to any problems we had and helped us to sort out any problem that arose.. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
