Had a loft conversion, extension and a kitchen fitted plus a lot of extras. Very pleased with all the work and any teething problems Jack came back quickly and dealt with. Would definitely use him again.

I booked for a kitchen/dining room knocking through and a few other little jobs in the same area. The job was delayed... i suppose this is expected of the trade. The structural job was ok. I'd left internal doors closed upstairs to prevent dirt getting everywhere and doors were opened when I returned, there was no need for anyone to enter our bedrooms. The plasterer was over familiar and tried to book extra work. The garden was left with scorch marks on the drive from a constant fire they had. Jack arranged to call back to clear the mess left in the garden and when asked why my driveway wasn't clear his response was 'it's not my style'. In other words I've had my money and it's tough. Shoddy after care and very dissapointed that after the plasterwork dried it was so thin it has cracked or shows the metal work through it. I won't use again.
