We lived in one of their Meanwood flats for just over a year and they were absolutely incredible the entire time. Any time we had an issue they were quick to response and always very understanding. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a roof over their head.

Honestly, i have never experienced such an easy and efficient move in process. Julie managed to book me in short notice (still with 24 hours notice for the tenant) and was really friendly i immediately got a good feel for the company, likewise Katie was so friendly and chatty, v helpful on the viewing, it bugs me when estate agents seem disinterested when showing you around. Katie was the opposite and knowledgeable on the area. What helped was having the application form link already on the viewing confirmation email - perfect - no need to search websites or ring the office to have to request one. I didn't expect to get the house so was surprised when only a day later my application was accepted and the referencing was completed within the same day. I have worked in a very well known estate agents in the past and it takes weeks to get a viewing, the referencing process was horrendous and lengthy tenants were getting frustrated so this was amazing for a busy professional like me with not a lot of time. I move in on Friday and have received all the necessary documents last night including the inventory which again from experience with other estate agents tenants were not getting their inventories until weeks down the line (if at all). Amazing. Finally only having 2 points of contact who were both lovely was great. Gets so confusing speaking to multiple people. All in all they have been fantastic and I am so excited to move in. We rented a 2 bed flat from this team for 2.5 years and honestly, after years of experience with absolutely garbage letting agents as a student in Leeds, it was very refreshing to see how these companies actually should be run. Everyone is really nice, punctual and has good communication both in person and digitally. We were lucky and didn't get many problems with the flat, but those that did arise were sorted really quickly and we were kept up to date with progress. When it came to getting our deposit back (usually the true test of a real estate company!), these guys were great, very rational and were amenable to grown up discussions - unlike a lot of letting agents I've used in the past! If we were renting again we would definitely use this team.
