Brilliant with Allergies. I took my 3yo son to a party here this weekend and they were just great. He has a peanut and dairy allergy so lunches at parties are always difficult, hovering over in fear with the epi pen ready in my bag. But I was so impressed with the way we were dealt with here. They spoke to me on arrival and explained they had a separate plate for my son. All packaging was kept so I could also check ingredients and we were checked up on very regularly. All staff knew about his allergies and were sure not to offer anything he couldnt have. Such a great experience compared to many other similar establishments that often give lip service but then serve my son an allergen from a sharing plate only for me to step in and take it away from him to much tears and upset. Would recommend a million times over. The soft play was also pretty good too

We held our sons 4th birthday party at Jackaboos and it was brilliant. Its a great venue and ticks all the boxes for pre-schoolers. You can just let them get on with it and play! We decided to book a double slot for self-catering, so that we could have more time and a bit of wiggle room. The staff were so attentive and helpful. They also ensured we could wrangle the children when it was time for food/cake :) Thanks so much guys!

great location, however does not allow anyone to bring their own drinks which i find bizarre.
