**KEEP AWAY AT ALL COST** If I could give zero stars I would,this place is an absolute joke to deal with,I brought my vehicle into the Pudsey branch and was as usual battered on price for anything they could by the guy on duty (Liam Robinson)who then advised the money would take 24 hours to process,the next day no money??we then called them and asked why to be told that they didnt want the car anymore??we drove up and the place was closed,after calling back later that day we found that our vehicle had been driven and parked elsewhere,I asked to speak to the area manager(Lucy Brice) and was told by Liam that she wouldnt speak to me and I just need to take my car away?he refused to check if my vehicle had been damaged whilst in their possession and I was told to email if theres a problem,beware people these guys are totally unprofessional but are really good at ripping people off
