SPAR - Calver Sough

I don't generally leave reviews but this is my local shop and I can't stand to see people moan about it. This place sells good sandwiches, the burgers are amazing and the butchers section has a bizarrely huge selection - I once counted 12 different types of sausages and 9 different types of bacon. Always a well stocked shelf of local beers (which actually aren't badly priced at all for what they are). People moaning about the price of stuff are totally missing the point.

Anyone giving this place a bad review doesnt know what theyre talking about. This place is the bomb! Yea its expensive so dont do your whole shop there but the meat and food is all great quality, and the butcher is lovely! Good layout inside it's more catered for tourists tho and very very expensive there is a co op 2 mins away in baslow everything is about half the price so I'd suggest going there the price index online suggests its 3th most expensive spar in the uk.

Possibly one of the most expensive SPAR shops in the country. Their prices are extortionate.

Local, friendly, has a post office.
