I then got told my future appointment had to be cancelled due to a funeral so as I wasn't going in for them to explain I contacted them again to explain to me why I was over changed but all my emails have been ignored.
Very unprofessional and yes I got offered a discount but that isn't the point I should of been told about the extra charge before she cut my hair.
