I recently started attending the Body Sweat Class & have really enjoyed it. Exercises are tailored to your ability & you can work at your own pace. Paul is very professional, offers encouragement & ensures you are doing the exercise correctly to prevent any injuries.

I started classes with Paul at the start of this year, my fitness has improved so much already and I look forward to the next class. He is not a slave driver, never pushing you too hard, but encourages you to get the best out of you. I have recommended the class to several other people already, it's genuinely one of the favourite parts of my week! Paul's a top guy too!

I have been going to Paul's classes for several months now and they are really good for providing variety into my usual fitness routine. There is a good variety of exercises and each exercise can be tailored to your own ability. I would definitely recommend the sessions.

In the past i have tried various types of exercise classes and with few exceptions haven't found any i wanted to stick with. Since finding Paul's classes my whole attitude to exercise has changed and as well as attending his classes I also joined the gym and go several times a week. His classes are friendly, not in any way intimidating and he always adapts to your ability and comfort. Also brilliant for mental health and stress relief!
