        Some negatives let it down from overall 5star. Having to go outside to get from the rooms to the food area. No welcome pack, no coat hangers in the wardrobe, only one chair in a double room but one was provided on request. A faulty sink we reported was not repaired. On the positive it has a great atmoshere, freindly and helpfull people working there. Spotlessly clean with good food. Easy to find and on site parking.

        Excellent stay for a couple of nights over the Easter weekend. Great staff really nice and very helpful. Dogs were made welcome. Rooms plenty adequate for a short stay and very well presented. Great value and lovely Sunday roast. Great area for walking and cycling. Had a great time in Stoney Middleton area.
