        This is an amazing yoga studio. Great care is taken to create an environment thats conducive to meditative exercise - candles, incense, music. Theres a variety of yoga styles, to suit all levels and tastes. And all delivered in a beautiful, oak-beamed room.

        I can't recommend this studio enough, if your looking for strength & mobility training, flexibility work or for some peaceful meditation 11:11 is the place to go!! Gemma and the team are always very welcoming and offer helpful tips to strengthen each yoga pose. For the men out there that think yoga is just for women, come down to one session and you'll leave with a complete different outlook on yoga.
