Gemma is amazing at what she specialises in from sports massage to personal training you will not find better, she totally motivates me with my fitness and helps me achieve my goals in a friendly way, very professional and lovely lady too!

Gemma has given me several massages and always done an amazing job. I have also attended her circuit training sessions which have been brilliant, she makes time for each person to help them perfect teqnics and gives encouragement to keep you going when it gets tough. 5 star rating for this lovely lady.

Gemma has been massaging my shoulders for a few year's now, in the beginning it was weekly, she has worked wonders on them so I am now not in as much pain, I see her monthly now to keep on top of the issue. She is a lovely person and very professional, will always try to fit you in if an emergency crops up.
