I recently joined the May Green mentorship and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thanks to Rob's expertise and attention to detail, I have gone from being a complete novice investor to feeling confident in investing and developing in HMOs in the north-west of England. Thank you very much Rob and Sarah for the extremely helpful 3-day HMO Blueprint last week. Love all the knowledge as well as top tips you shared during the sessions, which I am sure can become very valuable for us when we start our HMO projects. Highly recommend the HMO Blueprint sessions for anyone out there who are looking for a decent HMO investment training (and do not want to break your bank :D). Had an invaluable day at the Virtual HMO day with Maygreen. The information was presented so clearly and precise that at some moments you felt like you were actually walking through the houses themselves. The day was extremely inspiring for us and goes to show what can be achieved through hard work, consistency and integrity. Thank you Rob and Sarah. PS Sarah, Lorena wants you to design our own home ;) Amazing interiors throughout all the projects!!

This was a brilliant virtual training day with Maygreen. I'm pleased to say that everything I had read about it in both the reviews and the event description was spot on. You really can come away with full confidence to get cracking, just make sure you learn the basics first in order to get full value. I read a whole book on HMO dev and this delivered so much more as it delivers a thorough deep-dive into the production side. The team are generous with their knowledge, authentic and inspirational.

Such a great day with Rob and Sarah! They create a lovely relaxed atmosphere but the content and information they deliver is first class and they answered any questions I had. Really good value for money!
