        After discovering water under my kitchen floor I wrongly assumed that H&G Simms being on my doorstep would be able to help. After being told that I would have to wait a week for a call out, an hour later was left a voicemail message saying that it would be two weeks! Naturally I contacted a plumber who was able to help and did want my business.

        Asked for a quote a guy turned up look at join made notes then said office would contact us later with price for job been waiting a month no reply from company even after sending an email to chase up not very impressed
