    I started to work with Michelle back in March and she has honestly changed my life ! my nutrition is so much better than before working with Michelle, my understanding of nutrition has improved so much too. My body confidence and self-esteem has grown dramatically and she is incredible when it comes to physical health and training. Michelle trains you so you feel like you are being pushed to a point where you can achieve and not being put under pressure to achieve something that you cant at that time. Michelle is so encouraging and so supportive even on the days that youre not seeing her she is always there and she celebrates your wins like they are her own which is just incredible. I could not recommend her enough ! And I will be forever grateful to Michelle for teaching me how to love myself and my body.
