I needed to migrate my business emails from Protonmail to Outlook. BlackNova were recommended to me and I was extremely happy with their responsiveness and ability to get this done quickly. As someone not particularly tech savvy I appreciated their patience with all my daft questions. Highly recommend.

I had a poorly/non functioning fitted underground wifi cable to a seperate building that needed wifi. These guys were able to diagnose the problem quickily and went above and beyond to fix the cable and completly sort out everything, saving me a lot of money not having to go for more expensive solutions. I couldn't get any other local firm interested enough to come out, but they came out to give me a free survey. If you have wifi requirements for seperate buildings or need to extend signals or fix in anyway I can highly recommend.

I thought my laptop was a gonner, and being self employed I really didn't want to have to fork out for a brand new one! But these guys worked their magic and made my laptop a million times better! It's so fast and responsive, I'm really happy!! Thanks Richard, you are a total legend!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who thinks their laptops are past fixing.
