I chose Charles Faye as the estate agent to sell the property as they came across as professional and approachable, but most of all they were straightforward and honest. Selling a property normally means going through ups and downs, but Emma and Louise and the helpful office staff made the whole thing relatively smooth and the sale went through without any major hiccups. Emma remained in regular contact throughout the process which meant everything went as efficiently as possible. I would recommend Charles Faye as reliable agency; they were a pleasure to deal with.
