Phillips Removals

I can not recommend this company more highly. We have moved house eight times in the last fifteen years. Each time it has been the same stressful experience- so we just thought that was what moving house felt like. But this time was a COMPLETELY different experience. We booked Phillips in for this last move because they were one of the most reasonably priced. From the moment we contacted them they went above and beyond. The video survey was really simple and Shannon was really helpful and friendly. It turned out that they didnt have availability on the day that we needed, and yet she still managed to make it work. The packing and moving was managed by Rich who is one of nicest and most efficient people. Nothing was too much effort. The whole process was genuinely stress free thanks to Rich and his team (who all individually introduced themselves and were so great with our children and dogs). We can not say a big enough Thankyou to the whole team at Philips Im hoping we dont have to move again any time soon but if we do then we know who to call.

They were very patient with us as our date for moving was changing constantly. Once the day arrived they were prompt, efficient and respectful of our possessions. Have always used them. Would recommend to everyone.

Can I just say how brilliant the guys were yesterday... despite the absolutely freezing temperatures, all our stuff including half the garden and the delay to get our keys, they were absolute super stars. Didnt moan, very friendly and professional and just a joy to have around all day. Being 40 weeks pregnant, I thought it would be super stressful but they really took the stress out and we would recommend them to everyone! Thank you to all your help Service: Local moving
