Odette Funeral Director

I came into your shop front one day to make an enquiry. It was not an easy thing to do. Two people were sitting at a desk involved in an activity. They looked up and I had the impression I was interrupting something. There was no smile or warmth of welcome. I found this very difficult and left as soon as I could. On this basis I would not recommend Odettes and would not Consider using them in the future.

I had no doubts about choosing Odette as have seen in recent years how professional & caring her work is carried out. So when our Mum passed, we were not disappointed, everything was taken care of as we wanted, even down to giving Mum one more ride up to Beckhampton Gallops, with 8 cars following due to social distancing. Thank you for helping us get through a difficult time, making it a peaceful and personal moment.

I would highly recommend Odette, she did the funeral of my sister-in-law. My brother and all the family were extremely pleased with expert planning from beginning to end. Odette, Sara & Tom were an excellent, professional and very caring team.

Odette and her family made this very sad time so much easier to deal with. The advice and support from them was amazing. They guide you with care and thought throughout the process. A big thank you to them and for a wonderful day that went smoothly and if I can say enjoyable.
