Would give zero stars if I could. Took 65 registration fee only to cancel on me right before my appointment. They did this TWICE! First time was because the receptionist booked me in when the dentist was away for a holiday. I mean that was a red flag straight away considering they literally have one job. Second time was because the same dentist had to leave unexpectedly. I desperately needed the appointment and they wasted weeks of my time when I told them I needed medical attention after an accident! Disgusting service please dont waste your time. Im now looking dentists in a different town thanks to their incompetence.

I hadn't been to the dentist for a very long time and when I started getting a pain in one of my back teeth, I tried to find an NHS dentist - but nobody was taking on NHS patients. A friend of my wife recommended My Dentist - I gave them a call and couldn't have been more happy with the friendly service I received. I was book in for an appointment with no problems and the second appointment to fix my tooth was a week later. Alex explained every stage and was really clear about the treatment. He completely sorted out the problem. I have to say that for what he did, I was very surprised at how reasonable the cost was. I would highly recommend this Dental Practice!

A very nervous patient .But couldn't wish for a nicer gentle dentist. Also lovely receptionist too....
