Calne Hand Car Wash

Rude, arrogant and useless. Back when they opened they were great, seemed nice hard working lads at the time too. But for several years now they have been extremely rude and have done a terrible job over and over again always missing bits. We visited today, only one other car there and it took ages! Not only that, they used to jet wash the car then put the soap on and scrub it by hand and rinse but now they just jet wash it as hard as they can and open the car doors and jet wash the inside of the door seals. After waiting ages (because they kept stop starting whilst doing the inside) the bloke in charge asked the man cleaning it whether he had finished yet to which he replied no its shitty. Excuse me, its a 60,000 car, its a family car and we actually keep it really quite nice. Of course it needed cleaning, why would you visit a car wash it was immaculate??? But it was absolutely not filthy. They always change all the settings on the screen, to which we have to sit there for 10 mins putting it all back. My husband hates going there but I have always insisted as I know it WAS good. We will not be returning again. Id rather set my money on fire then put it in the hands on the rude aggressive owner.

Visited today with my daughter driving her car. The gents did a lovely job and when asked for 10 for a medium car (nissan juke ). Thought that was fine. Then another gent appeared from nowhere and said the first man didn't know what he was talking about and that we ought to pay 13 as it is a large car. Have you ever seen the size of juke? In the end refused to pay extra and that turned this from a 4 or 5 star review to a 1 star Service: Car waxing
