Floyds Climbers and Clematis

I placed my order on 18/06/20 and have not received anything at all. No email or any update from the company either. Opened a claim with PayPal, as I'd like to get my payment back.

Placed an order for eight plants, after a month of waiting received six. Tried all available methods of communication to get in touch with the seller, no joy. Trying to get money back for missing plants via PayPal. Dissapointed, as plants that I have received are wonderful

I am giving 0 stars. Would not use again. Its been over 1 month and no sign of plants. When I try to ring they are not answering either mobile or landline number. Unfortunately had to get PayPal evolved as still no contact. We have now finally had a full refund from PayPal as even they could not get in contact with the company. This is such a shame as I am a member of the British Clematis Society.

I ordered 3 Clematis from Floyds and I am very pleased with them. They were all of a good size and healthy plants. They were much cheaper than I could have bought in the garden centres locally, but the postage was quite expensive, but not if you bought several plants. I will definitely use Floyds again.
