    I DO NOT recommend this company. I have had a hugely time consuming, disappointing experience that has led to me having no boots at all after over 5 months of chasing and hassle. I ordered the 980 bespoke made to measure boots on the 7th may and was told the lead time is 6-8 weeks which was fine. After months of chasing, being ignored and false delivery dates being assured, the boots arrived on the 12th august, 14 weeks after ordering them. They were beautiful, and completely useless. They had not made them to the measurements that were taken at all. They were huge on my feet but wouldnt zip up even halfway up on the calves and they gaped at the ankles. I sent the boots back to be made again after being assured by Gina that it would take a week to remake them. You guessed it. They DID NOT take a week to remake. The boots arrived on the 28th of September after a huge amount of chasing. I try them on and astoundingly they are the wrong size, AGAIN. This time, they fit on the calf but are still too large in both of the feet. My heels slip up and down all over the place. They are unwearable. Beautiful, and unwearable. I contacted Gina again (and am initially ignored but manage to get hold of her) and express my disappointment. She says they should have insoles added which she will send in the post and this should fix the problem. I voiced my skepticism and said that bespoke fitted boots shouldnt need aftermarket insoles added in order to fit but I would try it. The insoles came. The boots did not fit. As expected. I couldnt face repeating the same process again so asked for a refund. Gina said the refund would be issued once the boots arrived back with her so I chased the refund after they arrived (which I could see were in her house/office from a photo off the DPD tracking). She read my messages but didnt respond for most of the day so I was wondering if I would have a fight on my hands to get the refund. After more chasing she transferred the refund a couple of days later to my relief. I dont mind mistakes happening but it was the way in which this was handled that has led me to write this review. I was surprised that throughout this lengthy process there was not one offer of any kind of discount or compensation or thinking about it, even an apology This has been a colossal waste of time and effort and I have no boots to show for it.
