        From day one we had leaks, BPW blamed it on the construction of my house. After weeks and weeks of trying to get the leak fixed by their fitters, they sent in an independent trouble shooter. The cause, the flashing had not been cut deep enough to the brick work of the house, he also pointed other defects. Now the poor quality of the windows is beginning to show. The warranty that they did not want to give to us, is not worth the paper it is written on in my opinion. I should have gone elsewhere and paid for a quality job.
