        This is a very pleasant post office , responsive staff who have been polite and helpful so far. Compared to most franchised post offices in Plymouth(and i have used nearly all of them) this is not an attitude ridden surly rude ignorant war zone atmosphere . I like it here and well done.

        It would be good if they answered their phone once in a while, so we could try and resolve this over the phone. My husband posted a parcel weighing just over half a kilo, with frozen items to get to Bristol by morning next day and was charged 27! I was posting for a friend who does the same and it costs 8.93! The guaranteed 1pm service my husband was told may not arrive until 4pm! So this option was guaranteed to by there by 12am, despite it saying delivery by 9am my husband took that. I don't think we should be charged extra because they may not meet their obligations. And we won't be paying 27 for another any time soon!
