2022- scroll down for a update. Not fit to be running. Staff shortages leaving the doors closed, 111 reffering for emergency prescriptions here, and they're in the back accepting them. EVEN THOUGH YOUR CLOSED. Meaning I can't get my tablets even from another pharmacy because you've accepted it even though your closed..? By the way leaving residents who clearly need the pharmacy aka the old woman with Oxygen tanks needing to speak to you outside and without notice being closed is ridiculously scary. Your putting people's life's at risk. You need to be investigated Updated 03/2023. Apparently this pharmacy is being taken over with new ownership, I revisited for a urgent prescription. Stock inside the pharmacy is bare, but a lovely friendly woman behind the counter is certainly trying her best. Long ques, but to be honest it took only 10 minutes to get my prescription which I feel is a vast improvement over previous visits. Ive updated to 3 stars as the above is still a major concern.

Terrible service. Will be glad when they have been taken over.

Lloyds pharmacy in Callington is useless. They never have the medications ready, so the queues are always horrendous.

Ques out of the door and rude staff, looks understaffed or not efficiently run? Lots of Shelves of out of stock items, it was closed twice when I went to collect a prescription with no notice of this online, not appreciated with a health condition.

The staff are clearly trying to do their best and although the place is dreadfully under stocked with queues of people waiting in the shop for their prescription. One lady was told her prescription did not exist and they could do nothing despite the person being very ill. Others had been waiting only to be told there was nothing in and they would need to come back. I was asked when I first put my prescription in and it was two days prior to my visit, they asked who I spoke too and when I identified the person, she said she had slept since then and didnt remember me. On the brightside, they did find my prescription and it only took approximately 40 minutes from entering the shop to be served. On the whole the staff are trying their best and in the main very friendly, but more help is needed and a better system putting in place.
