On Saturday 25.3.23 my cat, Michael, died suddenly and unexpectedly at home. I called Dawn on Monday who picked Michael up from the vets in Plymouth for me the following day. By Wednesday he was ready to collect. Dawn made all the logistics that go along with this situation very easy and was professional and compassionate throughout. I asked her if she would try to get a paw or nose print from Michael for me, which she was happy to do and, when I picked him up, everything was ready to collect in a little bag with the sweet personal touch of a condolence card from her and her family. I would recommend the sleeping cat urn, which is bigger than I expected and was bubble wrapped for protection within the bag. Thank you Dawn for providing a positive experience at a very upsetting time.

On Sunday 22.1.23 We had to make a very difficult decision to say goodbye to one of our beautiful little mini Dachis Archie who became ill very suddenly Archie and Olly were inseparable slept together played together walked together its heart breaking to see how much Olly is missing our lovely Archie right now. We arrived home from the Vets looked online found Tamar Valley Pet Cremation and phoned them spoke to a lovely lady who was compassionate and kind who arranged for us to get Archie there for 1100am the next morning where we met Luke who looked after us he was kind and very helpful throughout . My bearded dragon sadly passed last week. I rang Dawn, and she said I could bring him in whenever I was ready, there was no rush or pressure on when it would be. She explained the options for caskets, and was so lovely to me on the phone while I was upset. She has treated him with respect and has looked after him well for me. I cant explain my appreciation.
