Very friendly people who greeted me upon arrival. After obtaining my voucher all I had to do was give my address and date of birth to receive a food parcel. I was thoroughly enjoyed with what I collected. I would highly recommend this place to anybody struggling like me or on benefits. Please don't feel ashamed to rely on the kindness of others throughout this most difficult period of time.

I went to this place as me and my famly were in need of help and got all of our benifit stopped arrived there and not in good health I'm very asthmatic and asked them to help me with all my bags of tins basically the food they gave me for a famly of 5 I couldn't feed them there was stuff like kidney beans backed beans and pasta a bit sad when all the staff were there eating nice food and taking food passing it to there friends left me feeling sad as I seen the type of food donated as I could see it and I never got one thing to make not even one meal with I understand it has to go round but they don't even cater for people who are on special medications and dietary needs or even to the point of giving me things that my famly and myself just couldn't eat so unless meals consist of beans kidney and rice I don't recommend you go here try using the other ones as the st austell one is lovly they do a proper mix of everything and put things TOGETHER that actauly make meals sorry but not a very welcoming place
