        So glad my son. Encouraged me to go here. Hosts are absolutely fantastic. Friendly, approachable, professional will sort out training regime to suit your ability, health problems, age etc. Always helpful & encouraging. Easy to find. Loads of parking. Must be a member to gain access. Cost extremely reasonable. Lots of equipment. Rest, changing rooms. Clean. Classes are also available.

        Looking for a local friendly gym this is it. Katie, Louis and the dogs make this a great place to workout. Whether you just want to go in and get fit or enjoy the more social side of a gym, this place is for you! The wealth of equipment is ever changing and the innovative ideas to keep the gym moving forward is great. A great environment and accessible 24 hours a day! Whats not to like?!
